Education & Training Center

MEEM, through its ‘Vocational Training Centers’ initiative, has been helping Girls and build their capacity through skill enhancement in tandem with market requirements providing training in basic computer use, spoken English, Tailoring, Beauty Parlor, and basics of written communication as well. At present, we have directly benefited to 850 girls and boys in 3 states of India.

Madarsa Educational Model

Poverty Can’t Defeat Education!
Keeping this in mind, MEEM, adopted Madarasa in Panipat Ghaziabad and Bijnour where we started academic session till 5 th class by enrolling different subjects like Hindi, English, Mathematics and General Knowledge along with Religious Education (Dini Taleem).

 

MEEM is distributing stationery

In this project, Meem is constantly distributing educational materials in free tuition centers run by MEEM and networking institutions in Delhi, Panipat, Jaipur, UP, Bihar and from wherever we get the demand of education material from all over the country. MEEM is distributing stationery to children in needy communities, promoting education and encouraging children.

Women Empowerment

“We empowered women by leading and facilitating community conversations and awareness programs about their rights, violence against women especially against Domestic violence and encouraging community members to transform gender norms and prevent VAWG; advised women on their legal rights. We at MEEM, not only provide legal support to women but also help women to stand on their feet by arranging small scale livelihood initiatives for them.”

Healthcare Project

MEEM healthcare initiatives aims to encourages health awareness and contemporary healthcare-seeking behavior among underprivileged people. Through Health Camps organised at regular intervals, Health Screening, Blood Donation camp, Medical Care, and Medicines through Mobile Health Clinics, we have directly benefited 20000+ people. A Charitable Dispensary has been opened.

MEEM Ambulance

For more than a decade MEEM is contributing to the social cause of society by providing medical help and various medical camps. During the Pandemic, MEEM Free Ambulance Service does contribute to society by providing medical help to needy people. The ambulance was serving the marginalized section run 24×7, specifically in Delhi NCR.

Disaster Response

MEEM, with its welfare interventions focused on children and their families, responds to the call of humanity in times of such calamities under its Disaster Response through emergency relief initiatives. From the Delhi Riots in 2020 to the COVID Pandemic relief work and the Maharashtra, Bihar & Kerala Floods in 2017-20, MEEM has acted promptly to reach out and respond to the immediate needs of the disaster affected nearly 2 lacks people with cooked food, medicines, blankets, Ration kits, Oxygen Cylinders and many more.

Neki Ki Deewar

We have also initiated “Neki Ki Deewar” campaign with the objective to collect winter clothes voluntarily from the community and distribute among the people in need. Currently this work is ongoing in 15 locations including Delhi, Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan and Gujarat states.

Livelihood Program

Source of livelihood have been the most important aspect of human life. During the pandemic, floods, and riots in Delhi and other intervention areas of MEEM, many families lost their family members, homes, belongings and even source of Livelihood. Under MEEM’s Livelihood Initiative, we have reached out to 50 people in 3 states and supported them by distributing Sewing Machines, E-rickshaw, Fruit Cart, Grocery Stores etc and give them a hope of living again.

 

Social Harmony

The aim of MEEM is to establish peace and love in the country, towards which organization is working with continues efforts respecting all religions. “Every religion should be respected equally”. MEEM Social Harmony Initiatives celebrated Diwali by distributing Kheer in the community of Delhi Riots area in 2021 to spread Love and Peace. During the Kawad Yatra, our volunteers distributed refreshments to Yatri’s to inculcate the feeling of brotherhood among the community.

 

Blood Donation Program

We have donated blood in many places so far our members are always
ahead in helping people by donating blood every three months. On 14
Feb in memory of Pulwama attack we organized a blood donation camp
in Jaipur in which more people participated.
